Abertillery scored their highest win of the season in the friendly against Cardiff HSOB by a score margin of 54 points to 5.

Darren Miles scored four tries and kicked seven conversions, Ian Williams weighed in with a brace of tries, Damion Attwell and Matthews Burrows scored a try each.

Next Friday we travel to Rhymney for a 7.15pm kick-off.
