An excellent win sending the league leaders to their first defeat. The first half performance was the best of the season. The forward play was good and the crisp passing set up two superb tries for Aled. When we needed to dog it out we did so in the second half when a good Nantyglo side came back at us.
This win will be good for confidence, proving we can beat any side in this division.
Well done team and coaches you did us proud again.

Just want to echo what Graham said. It looks like the players and coaches have been working really hard and it paid dividends today. I thought our scrum looked the best it has been all season and the backs looked sharp and eager for the ball. Confidence was apparent today. Well done boys.
A mention for the support. It was the best I've seen at home this year, next time I'll bring earlpugs for the match announcer!! Is it true that Mr 'Showtime' Mason has been headhunted to call Calzaghe and Kessler out tonight in Cardiff...... |

Dai may not look the part as a cheer leader but he twirls a mean pom pom.
Fabulous result by the team and can all of us supporters get down to Risca to cheer on the lads?
Come on Aber |
