There's no need to tell the players as they already realise...... but this match was 'the pits' probably the worst team performance in the last five years.
Where do we go from here? Well we can only get better thats for sure, lets hope that this pitiful performance gives the team the kick up the backside that they need.
The penalty count against us must have been massive.
Ball handling, too many dropped passes
Awareness lacking
Right that my negatives over, although on that isolated performance its hard to find any positives.
The team individually are far better than their displays suggest this term, so lets concentrate on the basics first, win the game and then go for bonus points. DONT try to run before you can walk is the old adage and i'm sure starting from here we'll soon come good.

When the team really clicks then we will be a force to be reckoned with IMO.
The individual talent is there and so is the spirit and endeavour. It's just about getting all the bits of the jigsaw in place at the moment! Come on Aber! |

Come on lads - let's put that performance behind us.
You know and all the supporters know the team is much, much better than that.
Come on Aber.

I believe one of the reasons, why we are failing to fire on all cylinders, is our lack of discipline on the field of play.If we look at the penalty count in the last three games it must be 4or5 to 1 against us.Yes we have had some poor refereeing decisions go against us, but we have a captain on the field of play, who is our voice on the field. It cant be easy for Craig to lead when he has to try and calm our players down, and having us play to the standard the coaches reqiure, and what the players know what they can play to. Perhaps players are also finding it hard, to listen to Craig when we have some of the coaching team on the field, this is not a criticism of anybody, but an observation. so lets all pull together not just for Craig or the club or supporters, but for you the players who we all know want to play your best rugby for our club so lets all help Craig starting this saturday, leave the referee alone and then watch the results come.
